Essential Oils

Twenty years ago, I was diagnosed with an invasive form of cancer. This was a serious “wake-up call” for me. On a very deep level, I realized that I needed to be much more intentional and committed to self-care.

After researching holistic healing methods for myself and other cancer survivors, I decided to train as a massage therapist. One of the requirements for licensure in the 640-hour program was 48 hours of coursework on Aromatherapy. What a game-changer!

I began using essential oils myself every day and noticed how they accelerated my healing and supported my sense of balance. Soon I was creating specialized blends for family and friends to address a multitude of issues.

One of my favorite testimonials is from my older brother, an attorney who is highly logical and somewhat skeptical by nature. He said, “There’s nothing complicated about essential oils, they work.  I don’t understand exactly how or why but I don’t really care, they work.”
